Global Affairs Canada

Global Affairs Canada is a Canadian government unit that aims to define, shape and advance Canada’s interests and values abroad. It manages diplomatic relations, promote international trade and provide consular support. Global Affair Canada also lead international humanitarian development, and peace and security assistance efforts in addition to national security and development of international law. Global Affairs Canada also funds PIN’s project supporting healthcare for women and children in the Democratic Republic of Congo in response to the severe lack thereof. Canadian government has also joined People in Need’s global call for action to end the violence and suffering in Syria.
