Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office is a UK based government entity that partnered with People in Need in 2012 to provide funding for The Girls’ Education Challenge (GEC) in a project called CHANGE. It entails a 12-year commitment to reach the most marginalized girls around the world and improve their access to education, particularly in Ethiopia.
