Volunteer City Guide

Are you passionate about Prague’s rich history, stunning architecture, and hidden gems? Do you resonate with People in Need’s activities, such as humanitarian aid or human rights support? 

Join our team as a volunteer city guide this autumn!  

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead our young fellows (aged around 25 y/o) from different continents on captivating tours through Prague’s charming streets and other beautiful places within 1-day trips 

  • Foster connections and create memorable experiences for them 

  • Preparation Time: 

  • Estimated at approximately 10 – 15 hours 

  • Depends on the individual’s familiarity with Prague 

  • Active Guiding during October: 

  • Duration: Around 2 – 3 hours per week 

  • Spread over 2 – 3 weeks 

  • This might be subject to individual agreement 

  • Sightseeing one-day trips to other cities also possible upon the individual agreement 

Requirements: 

  • Excellent English language skills 

  • Communicative Czech proficiency 

  • Knowledge of Prague’s landmarks and local culture 

  • Enthusiasm for supporting the People in Need organization and our activities
